Point of view - how to look at the virus

LOOK AT IT THIS WAY... WE ALL WON A FREE HOLIDAY! 
(Now I do know this is serious, I am not making it a joke. I am keep the spirits up)
I am a trainer, friend, family member, influencer and 
I WILL INFLUENCE WHOEVER I CAN TO KEEP SMILING AND STAY POSITIVE! 
Think about it for a second, we take it all for granted and complain so often about not being able to just sit at home and relax, to spend time with our kids or partner, or we never have time for a holiday. 
NOW people are complaining about having all this?
I get some people have lost a lot or are going to... BUT we are all in the same boat in one way or another and complaining about it won't fix anything. 
I've lost my work. you've lost your work, someone else has lost their holiday they saved 18months for, athletes have trained THEIR ASRE OFF to have their season taken away, kids are growing up with unsure reasons as to why they can't simply go to school or why mum & dad are so upset and stressed out.  
WE ARE ALL DEALING WITH IT. 
So here is my thought process and somethings for you to try to maybe make each day a little easier! 
1. I have created a Positive Vibes playlist of Spotify (MUSIC & DANCING my way through this mess. proof is on the gram) 
2. This is your chance to get better at your chosen field. Example: I am a trainer so I will spend the time training myself, learning new super sets, researching different things about the body and how things work. (more the science stuff now... I just need to find a white coat to pretend I'm smart) 
3. Be the reason someone smiles! Wouldn't it feel awesome to smile and see someone else smile because of you! What an awesome power
4. KEEP MOVING - my Instagram and Facebook pages are full with workouts, I am adding sessions daily onto my story and I am creating home workout plans for people. If you want to FaceTime for a session that is also an option for the serious people! 
5. Go back to old hobbies - drawing, music, dancing, singing, writing, poems etc This is your time to unwind and go back in time to simpler days. 
IMPORTANT: If anyone is struggling, needs a friend to talk to or just listen and ask for some advice. I am available 24/7. You can email, call, msg me and we will just chat. I don't want anyone to think they are alone at this time. We will get through this together and once it is all over lets go for burgers and cocktails ;)
