1. ICE BATHS - Trust me you learn to love them after you see the benefits of them. 
They help to reduce inflammation and helps muscle repair. Also can help burn calories to aid in weight loss (only 1% of the work though)
Boosts your mood by promoting hormones in the body ie norepinephrine
 
 
2. Sauna -Improves muscle tissue repair, increases growth hormones to build muscle and helps release toxins from the body. (try 20mins in / 1 min cold shower / 20mins in)
 
3.  Foam roll/trigger point ball/ sprinter stick; 
Helps relieve soreness, tight muscles and gets the bad  blood flowing out of the muscles to being in new blood to repair the muscles. 
 
4. SLEEP  is also beneficial. When we sleep our body produces a hormone called melatonin. We need this to help promote fat burning as a source of energy.
Your body repairs when it sleeps so make sure you get enough rest. You will put more stress on your body by not sleeping the appropriate times
 
5.Food is key. We get all our nutrients from food to help our body repair so what you put into your body is what you get out of it. so be wise and eat well!
