I have not only been through the big set back of one ACL injury... I have done it twice!
2 x ACL ruptures playing football. First doing my left in 2017 and my right in 2019. It was a long road but I learnt so much along the way and came back some much stronger!
I have also helped so many athletes in different sports deal with their own ACL injuries, surgeries and non surgery athletes to get them back to their sport fighting fit.
This program goes for 8 weeks with upper, lower body and cardio to keep you moving.
I've had an athlete do his ACL week 2 or a gym challenge and on this program he still managed to come 2nd !!! The right head space and the right program you can still achieve amazing results.
I've had athlete's do this program and get back on the bike or field without the need for surgery as well so anything is possible!
