MADDI COSTANZO
MY WHY
I am the coach that not only has 10 years of knowledge through learning and studying.
I also have 23 years experience in sport, travelling overseas, dealing with minor and major injuries that have resulted in 2 knee surgeries.
I know what it takes physically, mentally and emotionally to reach your best. I understand the sacrifices athletes make to go after their dreams in sport.
I want to give the next generation the coaching support from the beginning that I didn't have access too from a young age.

To say that you're having a positive influence on our son would be a ridiculous understatement. This kid. He sure has his happy back.
He's focused, determined and driven. It's not just his physical training and focus for MX, it's reaching across to his study and school work too - which is bloody brilliant.
We pretty much insist that his schoolwork and studies need to be prioritised, and he's finding a good balance now, where he's realised if he smashes out his homework, he can then spend as much time as he likes riding/training/working on the bikes etc.
He's sorted his day's into a pretty great schedule. He likes routine and knowing things are in place - given that, having a schedule to balance MX with school has been a winner. He works out 6 days a week and has never been fitter or stronger.
He thrives on physical challenges and he loves talking with you every week, and takes so much out of those meetings, even if you guys have just chatted about the week just gone and what's coming up.
Just FYI - after a race last weekend, we were sitting around and he was rehydrating and chatting with the Dad of a racing buddy of his. The Dad asked how he was enjoying racing now, after such a shit start to the year, and our son openly told him that you had changed his life and felt like he was a completely different person now.
How awesome is that?
You should be really proud Maddi - you're "reaching" teenagers, which any adult knows is a major battle.
Keep doing what you're doing.

In the short time I've been apart of the costanzo program, the change within myself mentally and physically in my personal life and on the bike is next level.
Maddi's attention to detail and drive to go above and beyond with everything she does instills a lot of confidence within her athletes. The interest she takes in each athlete and their desired sport is inspirational. I am extremely thankful and stoked to be apart of the Costanzo fitness & performance family.

I have been working with Maddi for a few months now and have already seen a huge boost in my confidence. The homework she recommends has been tailored to my personal weaknesses and aren’t just cookie cutter exercises that she offers to all of her clients. I feel like she is very attentive and really takes the time to make me think about why I struggle with certain things. I would refer any athlete to Maddi that is serious about having a more positive mindset and more confidence on race day.

I race motorcross and have been training with Maddi for over 5 years now. Maddi Pushes me to my limits, helping me to get fitter. She believes in me and helps me with my positive mindset. She always has a good laugh with me and our sessions are so fun.
Maddi cares about my progress and wants me to achieve my goal at becoming a pro motorcross racer.
Maddi helped me to prepare for the Australian Motorcross Titles in 2019, coming up with exercises suited to my particular sport, also setting me a program for my nutrition and stretching routine.
I look up to Maddi because we have both been through serious injuries and Maddi has helped me get through mine. Maddi also comes to my races to support me. I am grateful for everything Maddi does for me.
